SDSU Land Sales

1. SDSU Highway 14 Bypass Property- Auction September 26th at 1:00 PM at the Brookings County Government Center

Sales Sheet for Hwy 14 Bypass Property- Open Houses on September 13th from 1:00 to 3:00 and on September 21st from 1:00 to 3:00. Other times available by appointment

Appraisal of Highway 14 Bypass Property- Property Appraisal adjusted to $1,560,000 to take into account sewer upgrade. Property will be sold as a single unit due to sewer upgrades

Sewer Upgrade Map- The 8 inch sewer line on 34th avenue is at capacity and must be upgraded to 15 inch sewer line for residential development
